This is where I talk about myself
(although I already do that a lot on here already!)

All About Me

I was very lucky growing up, my parents took us away on holiday (vacation) every year. As a family we have walked the Great Wall of China, snorkelled in the Red Sea and Road-tripped in America. So I guess travel has always been in my blood.

But my love for solo travel came later in my life. After finishing my degree in Graphic Design, I was finding it hard to get a job. I was losing hope and honestly I felt useless. I decided to do voluntary work abroad, I needed to feel like I was doing something to help the world. I went with Camps International to Borneo, and it changed my life! I realised I could do anything I put my mind to, if you want to here more about that trip I talk about it more here.

After my 2 months in Borneo, I was sad to leave as all I wanted to do was to keep travelling. But I thought, after doing 3 years at Uni I needed to use my degree, and my brother was getting married early the next year! That was definitely an event I didn't want to miss. So my travel plans were put on hold.

I got a job in London as a Graphic Designer and my brother's wedding was amazing! But it felt like something was missing. I had seen my friends jetting off to Australia, Malta and other amazing places and I felt stuck. My job in London allowed me to go on a 1 month sabbatical. You bet I made sure to take full advantage of that, I spent the month with G Adventures in Peru. It was my first time in South America, and I loved every minute of it. If you want to hear more about this trip I will link it here.

And that was only the beginning! From volunteering in Guatemala to learning to snowboard in Whistler, there is so much to talk about and I'm so excited for you to read all about it on here.

Travel safe and stay happy.

Love from, Kesvi x
